WINS (“we”) is a sole proprietorship. The person responsible for personal information is Matthieu Pesant, reachable at info@createwins.ca. We design and manufacture precision tools for Harley-Davidson engines, sold through this site (createwins.ca).

We never sell your data. It may be shared with:

Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform (hosting, payments, shipping)
Google LLC — analytics (only with your consent)
Carriers (Canada Post, UPS, etc.) — to deliver your order

Essential cookies — cart, payment session. No consent required.
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics. Coming soon — these scripts only load after your explicit consent via our banner.

You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Preferences” link at the bottom of the site.

5. Your rights (Quebec Law 25 / PIPEDA)

Access — request a copy of your data
Correction — fix inaccurate information
Deletion — request removal of your data (subject to legal obligations)
Portability — receive your data in a readable format

6. Security

This site uses HTTPS (TLS). Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, PCI DSS Level 1 certified. WINS does not store any card numbers on its servers.
